No, 2 weeks ago, it looked comptetive. Now it'll be a blowout loss, and LT will probably set the new NFL single game rushing record.

I'm sad that we don't have a healthy Jenkins. But the way he was playing, we're better off without him. Being out of position or just gettting whipped dominoes. Other players make up for the hole, then they're out of position. That leads to arm tacking, etc.

The injury probably was the main cause of Jenks poor play. That and maybe he was trying to do too much, or whatever. We all know this team is probably not going to the playoffs, and if we do, we won't go far. Better to get Jenks healed up for next year.

The replacements are also playing badly, but at least they might improve. A one armed DT is not likely to play better.

Good luck with the rehab, Kris.

    very well put.

Wonder if it's currently worth it to sit on players like Smith or Foster?

Agree he should sit. You can tell he wasn't effective the last couple of games.

We shall see on "better off." We may not be worse off, but better off is something different. He was what made this D run. I don't think the others we have can make that impact.

Our other DTs are smaller and less powerful. Which is good since we are one gap, but they won't command double teams.

Agreed, in some respects, mostly the other guys having that impact idea.
It would probably have been better to sit him for a week and then find out. If we can sit Davis when we probably needed him, and might do so again, then why the hell not sit Jenkins when he's obviously in a lot of pain? Then you see how he responds.

Hmm, lets examine this....Every post you make includes large fonts and a phallic fruit graphic along with a testosterone infused attack against all the Panther fans. I have a friend with a psychiatric practice that could retire off your issues....Need the number?
