    League preseason starts Oct 3rd. I hope they can wrangle a trade deal with this Ball millstone before then. LOL

    We are collecting guards at a pretty good clip. T Mann back in the fold on a 3 yr deal.

    This mean we can make blockbuster trade now w Ball?

    The Hornets trade a Dukie in Williams and then turn around and re-ink a former Hornet and Dukie in Plumlee. Since Mann was signed then which player has to go? Seth Curry? Josh Okogie? Damion Baugh? DaQuan Jeffries?
    Free agent guard Spencer Dinwiddie was just signed.
    "The Milwaukee Bucks are trading Pat Connaughton and two of their own second-round picks (2031, 2032) to the Charlotte Hornets for Vasilije Micic, sources tell ESPN."
    "The Utah Jazz traded guard Collin Sexton and a 2030 second-round pick to the Charlotte Hornets for center Jusuf Nurkic"

    Tonight was the first summer league game and the Hornets won, but Knueppel really struggled.
    He scored 5 points on 1-8 shooting and was only 3-6 at the line. He also had a couple of his shots blocked. Out of the rookies McNeely had the best game. 22 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists.
    Kalkbrenner had 10 points, 5 rebounds and also 3 blocks.
    James did fair with 8 points and 3 rebounds, but he, by far, had the fewest playing minutes. I think the majority of his court time will be playing defense.

    Hornets had a good draft.

    Kon gets all the attention, but the 7'1" center might be the steal of our draft
