    Solarte, that is actually the shot being blocked. He knocked it out of the air and THEN chipped it out. That was on a PK!

    its the form i was referring to...his weight going forward...eyes on the biscuit...finishing lower hand high....textbook....the fact he knocked it out of mid-air is icing on the cake.

    Dude you should hear the stories about this kid...hes NHL bound. He'll be holding the Cup one day. Wait and see.

    Well, I don't know if he'll make the big leagues...

    This tournament that they just went to was made up of select teams from MA, CT, NH and NY. They were the only team that went as their own team. They fared pretty well, but only made it to the semis. Anyway, this particular pic is my favorite. No big play, just grinning. I think it was something like 6 - 2 at that point, but he didn't care. Kept doing his best and skating hard, all the while having fun doing it. THAT'S what it's all about.
