    hypothetically, I think I'd prefer any of the available coaches to him...but hypothetically I'd probably still prefer him over Fox.

    He did pilot some great defenses, that he had nothing to do with at all.

    I don't. Gruden doesn't adjust to what he has. His offense is ridiculously complex and doesn't at all fit our personnel. We'd have to turn over nearly the entire offensive roster to even come close to what he likes to do.

    Cowher's philosophy is what this offensive team was built for, and I think he's the kind of personality we need, if Fox has to go.
