He was pretty impressive yesterday. I think it was either a fluke or a poor run defense.

Goings is always forgotten and underrated. He actually hits holes quicker and makes better descisions with lesser talent than any rb we've had, imo.

He did have 6-100 yard games last year. And I don't remember how many he started and was the 'feature back'. 8 or 9 maybe?

I love what goings brings to the table.

He ended up with over 800 yards last season and that's AFTER he waited in line behind Davis, Foster, Smart, Joey Harris, and Brad Hoover to become the feature back. Hhe been the starter from day 1 last year he'd have easily gone over 1000. That's assuming of course he wouldn't get injured, but you get my point.

Like I've said every year, he's uncuttable. We've tried to put talent up against him for years and years now, and he's outlasted a lot of good backs.

Another thought I'll repeat over and over if necessary is that we need to stop bullshitting with him at FB, keep Cramer and Hoover on the active roster, and make Goings a permanent RB. He's a running back, plain and simple. It's nice to have him in the same backfield as Foster at times, but the fact is we need another blocking option at FB and Goings is obviously a RB, and a reliable enough vet to consider in the role Foster was playing to Davis.

I should point out that I had his back on every camp cutdown since he's been here, while others thought I was whack.
