RUSSELL WILSON PROVED YOU DON'T NEED IDEAL SIZE AT QB TOO BAD THE NFL (SPECIALLY THE PANTERS) WERE TOO BACKWATRDS THINKING TO LET AE11 SUCCEED.

Fox was too busy sabotaging the 2010 season to give Armanti a fair look at QB.

He looks so good on the practice lawns though, but man when the shovels and leafblowers come out it's a different story.

Yeah but hopefully not on the other team pissed at us. I just don't see who on the team could replace him. He may not be the Smitty of years ago but I don't think he's holding others back from taking over number one, they just haven't been able to because they aren't number one guys. No one can come close in blocking and on offense with gross & Smitty gone, who is a GOOD strong leader? I think Smitty won't be here & I am not happy about it. What exactly is the upside? Doesn't sound like a $ saver so what?

It's more about the contract in '15 & '16 than right now. They bungled it too by not covering the bases with Smitty internally before mumbling out the poorly delivered PC comments. One thing Hurney did that was smart was keeping his mouth shut about the plans before they were done (the plans themselves well....no).

People would understand losing Smitty had they played it differently. Like, he should restructure/play ball with the budget, if he doesn't agree to it's more on him and less on them.

Personally, I don' t want him gone and if they have to overpay by a couple of mil for another year, just do it and go on about your business. I feel he's earned it. Take money from someone who hasn't or just bite the bullet. I defenitely resent Stewart being paid while we have to cut others.
