    Dallas is all about drama, Jerry Jones leading the pack. Everyday you hear something about drama with Jerry Jones/TO/Romo and his gf's name in it. So to me, this fits right in for them.....

    And yes, I believe killing themselves is in order here.

    The tradition. One thing i've always hated. Who in their right mind decided they were 'america's team'. Yeah, didn't they decide that on their own, (that they were America's team?)

    NFL Films did. They do a season review every year for every team, and give the film a very dramatic title. One year in the 70s or 80s that was the film title, because they saw so many Cowboys fans in the stand for each away game. The title got huge media play (helped I'm sure by Tex Schramm), and the nickname stuck. I don't think NFL films intended to give the team that tag forever, but it just took a life of its own.

    At least the Yankees have been relevant since 1996.

    This blows. I'd be ok with it if it was a +1 roster exemption, but you're going to take away an opportunity from a guy who had spent the last four years of his life waking up at 5am to attend team workouts while still keeping his grades up.
