    there's a lot cheap now, but very little is free. Well at least very little that's worth having.

    your internet provider usually offers free web space.....
    Geocities.com
    Angelfire if they still exist... usually if they re free there is going to be some form of advertisement.... but most have a web building tool...very easy to use

    I really don't see how that's any better than godaddy. I really need to switch to something though, I'm still using hypermart.
