    Boy, we've heard this before. :p

    While talking about the team's record: "well, we could easily be 3-0, or 0-3, but the reality is we're 1-2".

    Asking if he's encouraged by the fact that their games are close: "I'm encouraged, from the standpoint that we've gotten better every week. I think uhhhh, the health of our football team hasn't gone quite as nicely as I would've liked..." (he would blame the injuries w us a lot too)

    A reporter asks if the run game and defense is so important, because so many NFL games come down to the 4th quarter, and if that's by design w Foxy: "Not really, we're not trying to make it close, uhhh...sometimes I get that label..."


    Sigh. I have PTSD from that shit, man....

    I don't feel like watching another Fox presser but since you didn't reference him saying "nobody's coming to rescue us", I'm guessing he's saving that one.

    so they had 1st & goal up 14-10, didn't score on 4th & goal from the 1, and allowed the other team to drive 95 yards the other way for a touchdown?

    On a subsequent possession, not immediately after turning it over on downs, but yep.

    I'm close to shocked he didn't kick to get a 7 point lead.
