    seems way faster than IE so far. I had to download sun runtime java though.

    It runs like crap on older machines. I mean to say that IE runs faster locally on older machines, at least in my experience. I run Firefox on the new PC at the house.

    I run it on a pentium 3 600mhz and it seems to run faster, but on the athlon itseems way faster.

    My big pet peeve for any app is load time. Once it loads, it does fine for me. I run IE on my old laptop from work because I got tired of the delay.

    I like it.

    isn't that because most of IE is actually embedded into windows? that's sorta the stuff that got MS in trouble.

    yeah, and with the tab feature you don't have to restart every time you want a new window anyway.
