too bad he got hurt, and my heart goes out to those FF guys who drafted him, or even still have him from keeper leagues the year before with Moss still there

but I thought a tragedy was when somebody died

I almost ended up with him in a trade but the deal fell through. Guess I got lucky.

    All three. Wow.

This is the same injury that befell Willis McGahee and William Floyd. I think another guy, this year, had these three go - I think there's only four (LCL?) and the PT. It's a very critical injury, in that it's not like you're just losing the one ligament, the strength of the leg can't be tested before surgery, the flexibility and swelling can't be managed.

Culpeper should be able to come back, but it'll be hard to say if he'll be an explosive runner. Matter of fact, he's not been one for a while anyway. IMO, his best chance at success next year is to trim down by about 15-20 lbs.

I may be wrong...but didn't Rodney Harrison have the same thing this year? Or was that Kevin Mathis in Atlanta?

Culpepper, if he can come back, will never want to play the Panthers again. remember it was during the playoffs when he went out late in the game after suffering a rib injury (?) earlier in the game.
