    Mikell may want to delay signing. Some veterans choose to hold off in order to miss two-a-days, especially if they're not being offered much anyway. Since the Panthers are "going for it," I'd very much like to sign both him and Winston.

    I heard Rivera at least mention his name so its more than just paper talk I guess. Getty probably threw the minimum at him and he still thinks he can get more if some safety gets injured in preseason. That's my guess anyway.
