    fwiw, I'll take a small amount of bragging rights for taking shit from Collin, Black&Blue, and some others for wanting Davis earlier, as well as supposedly being "in love with him".

    I was all about Davis for a while, then I started to question what the hell he realy was and saw him slipping to the 18-20 range.

    Dude, I'm not giving you any credit on that. You were talking about Davis playing FS, which was and still is insane. I never opposed Davis as a WLB, which is what he'll play for us. Suggesting that Davis could play FS was irresponsible, though, and misled a lot of people who didn't know any better.

    always liked him as a football player, it's not like I said he was the best cover player in the draft. The end result is that Fox hasn't put him at LB yet, either.

    I credit you for identifying him as a quality football player, but he isn't playing FS for us under any circumstance. I look forward to him contributing in whatever capacity we can use him this year, then look for him to start either at SS next year or preferably at WLB.
