    Getting it done.
Similar blueprint, just less to work with as of yet. Gotta love their line - it's where it all starts. Anderson, Levi Jones, Steinbach. Add a raw back in just the right circumstances, and explosion.
Dillon oughta be worth a pick, too. Salary's in the 3 mil range for two more years, which is probably all he's worth anymore. Maybe Tampa will cough up picks for him.

They just need one more good end, and a huge DT. Maybe a corner, to be a damn decent defense. Marvin's really got them believing, just like Fox. Still think Marvin woulda fit good here, but naturally it's nice not having to wish we did it differently.

    Bengals - Panthers Superbowl...

It would carry the lowest ratings, but we could all drive to Houston and get LL seats for face value or less on the street....

I've been saying it since they beat the Ravens, I think they win the division.

Kasay kicking against Graham and one of 'em kicking a game-winner in OT...priceless.

    Agree.

Agree they win the division. But thats sort of like holding up a bank and only stealing the toilet water.

They might win the division at 8-8

Time for me to eat some more crow.

I did not think Marvin Lewis was good head coaching material. I thought he was a brilliant football mind, but that doesn't automatically equate into a good head coach (see Norv Turner, Mike Martz, etc.).

But what Lewis has done in Cinci is nothing short of phenomenal. Not only has he won over the players (and that's nothing to sneeze at), he's won over the ownership. Many good coaches have failed at one or both (see George Seifert).

In half a season, Lewis has transformed the Bengals from the joke of the NFL to a serious division contender. If they don't win their division and go to the playoffs this year, I guarantee they will next year.

He's turning them into Baltimore West. With a better O and slightly worse D. But the game plan is still the same. Good for Marvin.
