And if you'll take time to read my original post, you'll see that what irks me is that the Co. sent a salesman over to do a technicians job.

Maybe you should send them a bill for your time listening to the guy.

Used a local credit rating company years ago, to establish if we'd give credit for our company...they would send us a bill monthly according to how many requests we had. BUT they'd call us for references. So I billed them back...they called, never paid, and were confused. I got my jollys from it all.
