Panthers vs Patriots Running Commentary

I think Drake Maye might be better than Bryce, but other than that, what does New England have that's scary? Vrabel is a good coach. Hunter Henry will make Wallace and Rozeboom look silly. But Stefon Diggs is washed, Rhamondre Stevenson can't hold on to the ball, and outside of maybe Will Campbell their entire offensive line is on par with what we liked to call a defensive front last year. Derrick Brown and Co. should feast on these guys.

I'm not sure if Christian Gonzalez plays, but even if he does it's his first game back. I guess their defensive front is pretty good, but their secondary has been shredded this year. They're allowing an opposing completion percentage of 74.2% (we're at 59.6%), and a staggering 9.2 YPA. They've gotten nine sacks, so there's that.

On paper, Bryce should just cook these guys. And they won't be able to run on us effectively. So unless Hunter Henry has a huge day, we should be able to keep their offense in check. I think they will find the endzone a few times, but so will we. And our special teams are better too.

Why then, do I feel like we're going to get smacked down today?
