    Why didn't Wilks go at least 9-3 this past season if he is that good?

    Actually you've griped about coaching hires based on skin color, and when other qualifications were brought into play you again went into skin color on behalf of another candidate. That's why you come across as a racist.

    I honestly think Reich will win more games than Wilks would have. I think he will have the same command of the locker room, but will hire better coordinators and do a better job developing a quarterback. I also think he'll have the faith in his offense to pick up a 4th and one at a critical time in the game. So I think it's the right hire.

    Love Wilks.

    But the fact that Reich showed up having already interviewed position coaches is pretty impressive.

    I feel it was that he wanted an offensive guy, and I too have heard Bienemy interviews badly.

    I think Tepper is inept, not racist. He goes for the hot, shiny new thing on the block. Others wanted Rhule and he thought it a coup to get him. Others say Reich is the best out there, so he goes after him.

    He would hire Tharan, or Panther Pauls mom if he thought they were the next best thing, no matter the color

    He's hired Dice Staley and retained 2 previous coaches...he has no staff just a previous player that talks like Matt Rhule and went 3-5-1 in his previous season as a HC

    Tried to get Kellen Moore, but he's with the Chargers now.
