    Wonder if there was a reason the Panthers didn't want him? Too much of a veteran player? Didn't go to any of Rhule's previous schools?

    USA today has the panthers at #28 in the league. That's 3 behind the Falcons.

    pretty clear the Bills weren't interested in a player not wanting to conform to protocols

    Bucs might as well bring in odell rectum too... they are like the new raiders
