    You are correct. Fitterer referenced that in his press conference. We lose a year or two on the rookie contract, but he's a hell of a value for a third round pick. Assuming he develops, of course.

    The Raiders declined to give 5th-year options to all three of their 1st Rd picks 4 years ago. Jacobs etc. Can't even hit on 1 of three picks

    Gruden had final say over the roster (he hired Mayock) the rumors- mayock probably has more friends there than Gruden so YMMV- are that Gruden largely ran the first couple rounds and mayock ran the later round stuff.

    The farther these quarterbacks fall proves how weak of a draft class it was for them. Seattle, Houston all needed one
