Send Robbie to Cleveland. No one will notice that he's gone.

That’s ok. I’m not too happy that a player who isn’t special thinks he should rag a potential teammate on social media.

Your reminder that Anderson would be a free agent now if they hadn't signed that idiotic extension after one okayish year.

The ghosts of GM’s past linger like that.

So realistically, what's it going to take to get Mayfield? Can we package Darnold with a pick?

They don't want Darnold, we would keep him and take on Baker and half his salary. I'm betting it would cost at least a 2023 3rd.

Fuck I can not believe we are talking about mayfield. Haven’t other teams cast offs cost enough already. I would rather draft Strong next pick than give up one damn thing for a proven (unwanted) QB.

    There's two options here:
Rhule is a lame duck sparing any resources to save him when Tepper is keeping him around to avoid paying and keep some facade of being patient is a waste.

Tepper's comment that it's going to take more time to build a winning foundation indicates that Rhule has this year and next at least, possibly more. We know Rhule can sell maybe he pitched a "I'm learning and I'm bringing in new voices with NFL experience" and we're essentially in year 0 of another rebuild.

In either case. There's no point in desperately grabbing a QB.
