    Grier doesn't have superpowers but he's sure to improve once the wrong is righted and Sam makes another leap.

    I'm still a die hard NFL-er, but I don't consider myself a fan of one particular team anymore. I still love studying the Xs and Os. The league is still a fantastic product, and there's a collection of teams I like and a collection of teams I hate.

    Honestly, David Tepper has me straining to keep Carolina in the former instead of the latter.

    most rumors have us trading back to 12 so the Eagles can grab a great WR or trading back with NE so they can get their next QB

    I like both options.

    if paton and the damn broncos rolled tepper & co for a starting QB (who had more wins and better numbers than darnold by the way) then how badly would belichick reem them in a trade?
    HELL no to trading with NE. I don't think they would want to go as low as the washington pick . . .. Last night I used Philly as trade down partner and got #12, #70, #189, and their next years 4th rounder. I was going to post the results but out of respect for anyone who would want any of the 9 players I picked I will wait until AFTER the draft as not to destroy the karma of getting any of them. )

    You're telling me there's a flaw in the plan to elevate Darnold using the same players that couldn't elevate Teddy?

    I'm thinking they make a move in the second for Trask. And by they I mean Tepper makes the call while Fitterer is taking a shit.
