OC Brady has experience with him from time in New Orleans. Bridgewater should be familiar with the offense Brady is going to run.

If any of you says you would rather watch Bridgewater under center than Cam, you're a damn liar.

Well I'm torn. Cam killed me with his garbage. Overthrowing an such. When he ran it was fun. Teddy at 21 mil is a steal if they protect him. All we can do is wait

I think Bridgewater will be good for the Panthers. He just needs help around him. He did really well in NO and I bet he will be just as good here.

It's not an unreasonable switch. Time will tell if it's a good one. I wouldn't put it past Cam to have an indian summer, but he could just as easily be in Delhomme '09 territory.

It’s the right move. TB makes much more sense than Cam on so many levels at this point in both of their careers. .. Especially given the installation of a new offense under someone that Teddy is knowledgable of and comfortable with. Carolina might be a top 5 scoring offense this season. They are going to surprise you fuckers and go 9-7, maybe 10-6. So I’m advising you now to get behind your own fucking team. It’s going to be a fun high scoring year, and get over your crush on Cam and your future crush on Lawrence. .. Neither will be future panthers.

Bridgewater is a fine quarterback but he's not worth twenty million a year. The Saints have a far better line, far better receivers, and far better coaches. I like Teddy and I think he'll play well in Carolina, but he's not a good enough talent to win games by himself the way that Cam has done when healthy.

I think $21 mil is about the going rate for a starting QB. Its for 3 years and then the new guy will be on a rookie contract.
