I’ve been doing some follow up on this stuff, dovetailing off some of the reporting from Joe Bruno and Jourdan.

It certainly sounds like a lot of people have a problem with the messaging here. Hey, shit happens. I get it. I’ve had one PR/communications guy message me that it’s a PR disaster the way they handled it, but then again, that’s just one person’s opinion. There was no advance notice, and phone calls just started yesterday on this. If people have a personal, sentimental attachment to those seats, or even a logistical attachment, I can see where there would be some hard feelings.

I’ve never owned a PSL license, so I really don’t give a shit.
