    Yeah, I was hoping they would wait on him. He's a core player in a 4 man defense but that's completely up in the air with a coaching change.

    Shaq is not a inside 3-4 backer, nor is he a 3-4 outside backer. He's a hybrid 4-3 OLB who just as easily be considered a rolled down safety.

    Well he is better at OLB in 4-3 than an ILB in 3-4.

    This whole 3-4 shit is a waste of time.
