But I need to eat it. Best ways to cook it? Is there a grade that you select? Organic? Recipes?

Why do you need to eat chicken?

I eat too much steak and chicken is a less expensive and healthier alternative. I just hate it.

I grill it either BBQ'd (sauce for you yankees), marinated in Italian dressing or with Asian-type sauce like teriyaki with pineapple slices on top.

I also like it baked in the oven smothered in cream of chicken/mushroom soup along with dressing on the side in the same dish while baking.

Most any cuts for those ways. I do prefer boneless breasts for the teriyaki and pineapple though.

I agree with Art about medium rare. More nutrients that way.

Bacon-wrapped chicken thighs aren't bad. You should also look at some good sauces. Chicken can be kind of bland, IMHO.

Go to Trader Joe's and get some cod. That's a great beef and chicken alternative.
