    I still don’t understand why the fucking clock keeps moving at the end of the soccer game. Somebody fucking make that understandable to me.

    Since they don't stop the clock for in game interruptions (ball out of play, substitutions, injuries) the ref tracks it then adds it at the end of the halves. I'd rather they just do a set countdown (IE 15 seconds to get a thrown in, 40 seconds to take a corner/goal kick) for those events except injuries cause refs tend to let things slip and apply the count inconsistently. Also you can exceed the posted stoppage time if you have more stops in stoppage time.
