    I don't disagree that this year Kaep has been bad most of the time. He's had a few good games and a few crappy games. I'm not ready to throw it in on him yet as his collection of work thus far has been good overall, as has been his team's overall success.

    My guess is that Davis, Boldin, and Kaep will not be on the team next year. There will be others that fit this criteria as well. We are truly rebuilding at this point.

    Teams go through the rebuilding phases. I'll see ya on the way down. Enjoy it for now because it doesn't happen very often.

    Shit, the panthers have been basically rebuilding since 1995, with a coupla close good teams sprinkled in there in between.

    I'm not sure we're there yet, either. But I'm also not sure we can/will get any better.

    Makes sense, as he's an elite left tackle (probably the best in the league right now) on a very reasonable contract through 2018. They really shouldn't trade him at all unless he's forcing the issue and threatening to retire. They'll just fuck up the draft picks they do get.
