    Why would benching Kaepernick be such a big deal? He's played badly. This is what happens to QB's that play badly throughout the NFL with the exception of Cam Newton and Andrew luck. 6 or 7 turnovers between the two? Ya, that's elite.

    The team is bad and Kaep has an injury clause in his contract. If he gets hurt, huge balloon payment ensues. Believe it or not, it's the right move.
