Back to Detroit, it seems like there's still a lot of people waiting for Mart Stafford to "blossom" into more than what he is. Do people even realize this is his 7th year?

He's a really boring bad QB too, Cutler will turn the ball over in ways that make you want to tell other people about it. Stafford just puts me to sleep.

Kelvin Benjamin - 50.0% catch rate, which was worse than any Brandon LaFell season. 6.9 yards per target, which was worse than all but one Brandon LaFell season.

    Kony Ealy - Fucking horrible.

Trai Turner - Very good pass blocker but disappointing as a run blocker. He might be the slowest person on earth.

    Tre Boston - Fucking horrible.

Bene Benwikere - Very good slot corner but got exposed on the outside.

Tyler Gaffney - Cucked by Bill.

Turner and Benwikere were good picks, it definitely could have been worse, but it also could have been a whole lot better. Obviously fans end up second-guessing draft decisions with the benefit of hindsight, but each of the last three years we on this board have immediately pointed out players who would have been better choices that ended up being better players in the NFL than the players Gettleman selected. That's the frustrating part.

As I am sure you know, I'm really not a Gettleman defender but it is what it is.

I wasn't in love with the Benjamin pick but I think he will be better than he showed as a rook. Ealy, as much as Gettleman says BPA, that was a need pick that was taken because of Hardy. IMO. I didn't love it but I understood it.

But to keep it short, three starters in a draft I am fine with calling it okay, pretty good. There are five in that one at least for now.

When did Benwikere get exposed on the outside other than the one play in Seattle? I think he's been a very good all around player. It's a little frustrating to see him get demoted for a 33 year old.

Against Seattle, Benwikere gave up a completion on every single pass thrown his way except one where the receiver tore his ACL.

The Dolphins have reportedly contacted all three of ex-Bills DC Jim Schwartz, ex-Falcons coach Mike Smith, and ex-Bucs coach Greg Schiano.

I really wish the panthers played the Dolphins this season.
