    Lots of coaches look terrible when you take away the teams strengths- Jim Caldwell went from the super bowl to #1 overall pick minus a QB, Gruden's defense fell apart and suddenly his team sucked, Martz' rams when he didn't have a hall of famer...

    I can explain the secondary being terrible. I can't explain Kuechly and the run defense suddenly being terrible for the last five quarters.
