    Are teams more cautious with injured players today than they were in the past? Is this part of the players/league agreement? Or are organizations more aware of how to wisely deal with injuries? It seems that a lot of players don't practice regularly. Maybe it has always been this way. Or has there been a philosophical shift in how injuries are dealt with?

    Panthers have healthier, energized practice

    In all honesty I think it's just getting reported more. We can check the status of any NFL player in moments on phones so now the beat guys are giving out that info- before the fantasy explosion this just wasn't interesting unless the guy had possibly suffered an injury.

    Definitely when it comes to concussions, along with a multi-million dollar lawsuit brought on by former NFL players.

    I think it's funny how Belichick screws with the NFL's mandatory reporting of player injuries. Gronk was a good example last year.
