I haven't been on much because of my amped up work schedules, but let me tell you now, I love Landry. I believe if we're lucky enough to trade out of one, Landry should be a target, and he fits our offense very well. Fits what we're doing, what we're looking for.

Cooks won't block. Landry will look to annihilate you.

in a related note, I predict I'm pissed off when I stay up until midnight and the Panthers don't see the podium until tomorrow.

I'll be happy. With the elite prospects gone by 28, picking up some new positions would be huge for us.

Would be nice pipe dream if Justin Gilbert dropped to us. That would be amazing and certainly = blue goose scenerio.

It would be a surprise if he went before #28. He's probably an early second round pick that might slip into the bottom of the first.

    Not at #28 they wouldn't.

Landry is underrated, but he's not better than Beckham.

Not a fan of Gilbert, but sure, at #28 you take that risk. Won't happen though.

To move down from #28 you'd only get a fourth round pick unless you're dropping to the middle of the second round. I'd rather take a guy you believe in.

I'm gonna defer to you on the draft, with this. I'm a bit of a fish out of water -

so you think we'd only pick up a 4th for a trade down? Not another second rounder? Seems too cheap....

To explain...if we move down with Houston we would get their 2nd rounder and an extra 4th rounder. Being that it is at the TOP of the 4th it would be MORE than worth it to move down 5 picks.

Don't listen to morons who don't understand anything.

BTW: The draft trade value chart is not updated and many GMs think it is outdated. Its a reference tool nothing more.
