    It's come out that Philadelphia approached Carolina about trading for Jackson and not the other way around.

    Yeah, and consider that people were kind of down on him before this past season with Chip Kelly. He's not a tough receiver at all. Even ignoring the injury issues, he doesn't want to go over the middle and get him. DeSean wants to run deep or catch quick hitches.
