    Highlights:

    Modify pass interference so that it can be called within one yard of the line of scrimmage.

    Move the kickoff to the 40-yard line.

    They need to change the PI penalty to the 15 yard college version.

    I agree PI needs tweaking, but college rules aren't perfect either.

    Maybe have degrees of PI. The ticky tack shit gets college rules, blatantly tackling a WR 40 yards downfield to prevent the completion needs a harsher penalty. Assuming a catch would be more fair in that case.

    Can you give me an example of that ever happening in a college game? It may have, but I've watched tons of college football and can't remember one.

    Hell no not off the top of my head. How would you even search for that? Players are already coached to commit the foul if they think it's gonna be a touchdown. And I don't have documentation for that either. Damn.

    Well my point is that people have expressed concern that would happen and yet none of us can think of it actually happening. So why should we be concerned about things that don't happen?

    If you really think it's that a big of a potential issue throw in an unsportsmanlike conduct foul and make it 30 for the obvious ones. Possibly add in the requirement to sit out a play too.
