WalterFootball.com: 2014 NFL Draft Scouting Combine - Wide Receivers

Odell Beckham impressive #s ans long arms for only 5-11

Matt Hazel looked good in person, had a good postseason showing in all star game and put up good #s. Nice pick in later rounds.

Jared Abbrederis with a 4.44 shows he has deep speed. Only 4 reps on bench reinforces his fit as a slot guy.

Kelvin Benjamin in the 4.5s with slow 10 yard split but long arms with that 6-5 frame and bog hands.

Jordan Matthews ran well. 4.40 unofficial and 4.46 official. A 6-3 with long ams. Maybe back in the round 1 conversation?

I know it's somewhat racist but I'd like to have a Michael Campanaro on our team.

I really like Jordan Matthews, but as a 2nd round pick. He's not a guy who I think is impactful enough to be a first round selection.

We gotta see what happens with Donald Lafell first.
Def a deep group of WRs, but talent normally goes early. Prolly 4-5 WRs in round one is my guess

    Mike Evans:

    6'4 3/4
    231 LB
    35" arms
    37" vertical jump

I mean, fuck. Dude could even catch Cam's shitty flat post throws.

Evans will be gone long before 28. I do want a big ass receiver who can grab those back foot floaters from Cammy Cam.

Evans would be a great fit with Cam and Benjamin wouldn't be bad either. If you want a slot-type then Beckham would be a much better fit than Cooks, who isn't great with high throws.
