Well maybe Stewart? I mean, he's all but worthless anyway.

edit: I'm guessing we can't cut him, but what would it cost just for the hell of it?

DWs deal ends in three years so eating his now might be the better option of two. Stewarts deal is a back breaker. 4 more years of stupid money

The dead money jumps because his salary jumps and becomes guaranteed if we don't exercise an option bonus on him when it would normally be spread out. Think of it as a second hit on signing bonus acceleration.

The beat guys recommend repeating HURNEY HASN'T DONE A BAD JOB to get past any dissonance.

Who the hell writes that shit into a deal? Becomes guaranteed if we DON'T pick up an option? Talk about fucked up. And wasn't this a new contract written by or signed by Gettleman?

We're talking about a guy who even when healthy enough to play, usually is too fragile to practice. Goddamn it.

Yeah sorry about the bandwidth but I was pissed when we drafted him and then was sure he was out of here when DW got paid. He's like a fucking child that won't work and won't leave the nest. or something.
