Keuchly had 24 tackles and that's phenomenal. Thank god he did.

It's unfortunate it had to happen but when the Saints had the ball 38:48 defense will rack up tackles. Not trying to take anything away from them. They played phenomenal as a unit. Just wish they didn't have to.

I've never seen a Panthers crowd not head for the tunnels in unison when the weather got rough, even in the playoff years. There was definitely something different about today.

It looked awesome on tv. The stadium looked packed. Even the lower bowl stayed with the upper level drains pouring down on them.
It was like that last week as well. The best environment I have been at in all the games I have attended. It was like we had real fans. Hopefully we can keep it going.

Leaving actually would have been justifiable this time. I'm sure most everyone will feel like total shit for at least a few days.

I was already sick as were the couple behind us. Had my pocket jammed with cough drops. But so far the Zicam is helping my cold not get worse even though it's NASTY.

Yeah, fans were great. Loved the WE DAT cheer. I was proud of us for once.

I just watched the replay and believe it or not, Kuechly actually had a bad game. He had a shitload of tackles in large part because the Saints kept picking on him in coverage. For instance, on the New Orleans touchdown drive he had Pierre Thomas out of the backfield. Thomas was running an option route, which is pretty standard, where the RB comes up through the line and then cuts to the outside. Kuechly stepped backwards instead of meeting Thomas and thus was unprepared for the out-cut, allowing Thomas to easily get the last first down before they scored. Then on the Jimmy Graham touchdown when I couldn't figure out why the Panthers didn't double Graham, Kuechly was actually supposed to. Kuechly was there but inexplicably stepped towards the line and then stumbled when he tried to react back to help Mikell, leaving Graham with the easy touchdown. It's funny that some people throw the fantasy thing at me and claim I only look at numbers when I often point out cases like this where the numbers are very deceiving.

    No.
I do recall in the 2nd half, Luke overshooting some easy tackles on their RB's.

I mean, I'm not going to split hairs over it. 24 tackles is largely due to time of possession and playcalling by NO.

I think Munnerlyn is a fucking animal.

Guys on the radio, Martez and Hoggard, saying Luke is now credited with being in on 26 tackles.
I know other players had a great game as well, but if being around the ball is what you`re known for in college as well a short time in the pros then I don`t care how much shit is thrown on it.
It still comes out smelling pretty sweet.
