It's certainly sensationalistic to infer that it's probable, (and I know you didn't, just said hardly unlikely) but there are too many factors here at work, and ultimately I'd be shocked if Martin wins 15 million dollars after so much evidence that they were close is coming out.

And too many players have said what happened is routine in locker rooms around the league. For that to work, they'd have to set a new and very dangerous precedent that could forever change NFL locker rooms and turn each fringe player into sue happy malcontents, that when shit's not going right and are about to be cut, can just personally sue their fellow professionals who haze them and call them bad words.

There's simply no way that's going to work.
