    I guess they can't legally, but I wonder why there hasn't been more media speculation about Incognito and steroid use. Hasn't he been showing classic 'roid behavior his entire career?

    Damn look at that image of him in uniform, he's either wearing a cup or has a vagina. I guess it's a cup, since I don't see any camel toe.

    Now Martins agent says Martin was harassed by numerous team mates. Maybe he can come back after his period has stopped

    If he can prove that the team knew and was somehow culpable then he can make a shitload of money. As it is, Lester Munson of ESPN was explaining how he has a pretty open and shut case to get ~$15 million from Incognito.

    If Martin took that tape to work and played it for his teammates (as has been said), framed as a joke and laughing about it, I'm not sure it can be effectively re-framed as hate, he is scared, etc. At least for me. The Sharptons of the world, different story.

    Being intimidated into going along with the 'joke' no matter how stupid or offensive is entirely possible. how else would two and a half men be on this long?

    The fact that the coach is on record (I think) saying for Incognito to "Toughen him Up" can easily be construed as culpable. Just interesting hearing Incognitos team mates all but defending his actions.
