    Ron Rivera's seat hot as Panthers talking coach search - NFL.com

    Now if this was posted already, delete this or move it, I don't care. But it's interesting nonetheless.

    Maybe that's why Rivera is crying a lot in pressers? Or choking up, whatever you want to call it?

    I want to root for him because he is a good man, I'm sure. BUt I'm glad to know that if he fails, the team is already looking apparently. Wonder who it is.

    In a way, I feel sorry for Rivera. This team was bad before he got here and it wasn't going to change in a season or two. However, I'm not upset that we are getting beat, I'm upset in the way we lose.

    That being said, if he's fired tomorrow, I don't think it would be too soon.

    Rivera has started 1-3 every year. That's fantastically depressing.
