Thinks Cam Newton is slightly average at the absolute best.

He's really overdoing it the post game interviews, which I guess is better than acting like a total shit up there.

    He's Kaepernick with shittier coaching.

Cam is a valuable commodity for an offense, assuming he is used properly.

Watched the game again earlier this AM. His deep throws are flat, with sloppy footwork (as Collin and I have constantly reminded the world). The TD to Ginn was a good throw. That's about it. Wilson for Seattle might be the most accurate deep passer in the league, in terms of timing and touch.

We could go sign 7 different "VIABLE #2 WIDEOUTS", but no person on the planet can catch a ball that doesn't land near their fully extended arms.

Cam absolutely needs to make those throws to take his game/his team to the next level.

    Sometimes here, sometimes there

I've watched Wilson live in every game he played at NCSU and most of his Wis games on TV. Also most of Seattle games (now I pull for him there, except when they play us). He throws his guys open downfield letting them make the play and even short passes he shows great touch throwing them open if they aren't before he throws it. Sometimes it's as if he throws the ball with a good amount of air under it (and some would say because he has a weak arm- which really isn't th case).

Cam has no touch on his throws, they are all bullets, many off course, which makes them doubly uncatchable. The pic yesterday was a 20- yd pass way underthrown and he wasn't terribly pressured during the throw.

He's regressed, certainly and seems to not read the D at all. His progresions are for open guys at the moment, not the guy who'll be open when the ball gets there (and usually isn't after he stares them down) and not for the real 'hot guy', but the one the play is designated for- which many times due to what the d gives you, isn't.

I was really hopeful we'd have a fun O to watch, even when losing, the first year he was here. It was bettern it had been then and was exciting to a point. Last year was not bad, but most times wasn't great either. This year it's boring and predictably over conservative. Plodding. Mechanical, yet off. It's tough being a fan.

I don't know why we can't run a screen, and why the fuk do they throw a bubble screen to lafell? No quick game at all, and Cam can't even throw a checkdown over the middle, when the middle is wide the fuk open.

we've played to not lose so long, yet do, it's even chasing the hard core fans off like me. I don't like wasting sundays watching a perennial shitty team, doing the same bonehead shit over and over every game, every year, when they aren't even the least entertaining about doing it. They are worse teasers than a 16 year old virgin 'slut'.

I know you guys get really tired of me pointing out that I'm almost always right, like I was about Cam. But next time could we try just once to agree with me from the start instead of insisting that I'm wrong and trying to rub it in my face when you think I am? I know my shit. Everything wrong with Cam in his third season I said before he played one snap for the Panthers.
