    The extension is reportedly for five years and $103.75 million, including $59 million guaranteed. This means that Ryan will average more than $20 million per season under his new deal.


    Where does this fall between Rodgers, and Flacco?

    I believe it puts him right above Flacco, behind Rodgers.

    The dark side is that it means Cam will make roughly 9 billion/year in a few years, but I am happy for Atlanta.

    Hopefully not. If Cam truly wants to "change the culture of losing" in Carolina perhaps he'll realize that he is going to need help.

    But I'm only kidding myself... he's going to milk us for every dollar he can.

    I don't blame him for that. What quarterback besides Brady hasn't? It's a status thing and those guys are super-conscious of their perceived status, Cam more than most.
