    I mostly agree, but it still bothers me that JR was basically thumping his chest about the spending spree during that year's training camp. He was definitely proud of it, at the time.

    The contract pays out a total of $30 million in 2013 (6 million dollar cap hit), plus another $21 million in 2015 and another $11 million in 2016 for a total of $62 million over the first three years, bettering the $61 million payout Drew Brees received from the New Orleans Saints last year.

    In year three his cap hit is 29 million
