I'm aware that they do a lot out of play and boot action, but most offenses do. I was facepalming the reference to Elway.

We haven't seen Clausen in a legitimate offense or Cousins in a normal one. At Michigan State he appeared to be a career backup and spot starter, not anyone who should be a full-time starter.

Well, he's not the second coming of Tom Brady, no. But he's a competent guy with enough arm. He's ideal for what the Redskins need from him - someone to run their offense when (not if) RG3 gets dinged up. And that game against the Browns - it's not like he was handing off and hoping for stops from the defense. He made throws and worked within the system. There's an awful lot of guys that can't do that much.

That's the part I'm disputing. He showed really bad decision-making at Michigan State, which is why playing in the very structured Washington offense with few reads and few downfield throws makes him look better than he actually is. Trust me, he stinks.

Clausen or Tebow for me would be a toss up... I can't decided which is the worst QB

If you judged him only on MSU Bowl games. Which prior to the Georgia game last year MSU hadnt won a single outing since like 2001. They played Alabama the year before that.

He had like a career 65% pass completion percentage throwing for 9000+ yards.

Led the Spartans to a respectable record his JR and SR seasons.
