    Wow, interesting because I always thought their D was average or worse and a team with a good D and ability to score a lot of points could beat them.

    The Colts were always better in points allowed than yards allowed, but they had some years where their defense was well below average in both. Ironically they won the Super Bowl in 2006 when their defense was 23rd in points / 21st in yards.

    Peyton Manning fell into Fox's lap. If that didn't happen, he'd probably be hitting 9-7 or 8-8 and wowing the Denver fans with punting on second down.

    I liked Fox, but the fact that Niccolo Paganini is renting a room in his house doesn't make him a brilliant composer.

    Isn't it generally true that a team with a good D and that can score a lot of points will beat most people? But I understand what you're saying.

    I do feel great for Fox. I appreciated his body of work here. He helped give us our best memories so far. I hope he wins a Super Bowl during this window he has with Manning.
