    That's 2 wins with a pick isn't it?

    Two wins.

We should be proud of Newton this season. Despite everyone calling him out, the media panning him as if they were chomping at the bit to fail, and a rough start to the season, he rebounded well and at times, played brilliant football.

He's got an amazingly high ceiling, despite some claim....and he's getting better.

    Hell yeah.

He still has a ways to go. I agree, he has some major accuracy issues, but we can't ignore the fact that he's gotten a lot better, and he's making the correct strides.

Would I like that to improve? Oh yes. A lot. I actually agree with a lot of what you say about Newton, just not all of it.

I am parroting what has been said, he needs to get his mechanics in order.

on his red zone passing, how many of those other QB's are the running threat he is? As bad as Cam is passing in the red zone, it seems this team is scoring more TD's in the red zone...

Exactly. The Panthers red zone efficiency was in the top 10 this year and Cam was responsible for the majority of the points.

So technically you're right, but Cam wasn't actually more effective running the ball in the red zone than the backs, he just had a lot more opportunities.
