    Seems a bit early to give up on Pilares after 2 quarters as a returner. He was pretty decent last year. Regardless its nice to have a lil depth at the position.

    I'm guessing they view Adams as more explosive, and thus I'd expect him to take over duties full-time at some point. They have enough options at receiver that Pilares doesn't have to give up returns.

    they used him there a little in pre-season too. May be as simple as, they were expecting a different ball (squib kick?) and wanted their other guy in there. Pilares does OK but I don't think there's much difference overall between the two in KR.
