    Some people are always going to be poor. Even if you give them millions of dollars they will once again be poor in a few years. That is one of the problems with government welfare programs. You can't make poverty go away. Some like to blame racism, sexism, social injustice etc but the truth is that poverty is most of the time based on the choices you make with your life, not the things you can't control. Mr. Sapp is a great example. Dennis Rodman is another.

    maybe he meant if the dumbass could not play sports well, he'd have spent his whole life on entitlement programs like a lot of them that wind up broke after they can't play anymore
