    I wonder how much truth there is in this from KFFL:

    The agency that represents free-agent QB Peyton Manning (Colts), CAA, could ultimately influence where Manning signs. CAA will naturally be inclined to steer Manning away from teams where another CAA client currently serves as the starting quarterback. As a result, the San Francisco 49ers (QB Alex Smith), Denver Broncos (QB Tim Tebow), Buffalo Bills (QB Ryan Fitzpatrick), Jacksonville Jaguars (QB Blaine Gabbert), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (QB Josh Freeman), Dallas Cowboys (QB Tony Romo) and Minnesota Vikings (QB Christian Ponder) are not likely destinations for Manning.

    Yeah, weird. Unless they feel really good about Otah, I don't see why you wouldn't bring him back. Also adds a little bit extra to OT/OG at #9. *sigh*

    That article implies we have a chance to keep Connor at a cost similar to what it would cost for Shockey. Makes me wonder about anything else the guys is saying.
