They are sitting at 8-3 and in great shape to win the division and make the playoffs then they lost their top two QBs. Is David Garrard still out there? Jake Delhomme? :)

They're crazy not to get Favre. They've got a legitimate chance to win the Super Bowl, and they don't want to go get Brett because of the circus? Come on.

I kind of agree with Rick Smith. It would be an enormous burden for that locker room, and there's no guarantee that Favre would look any less shitty than he did last year. They're probably better off trying to ride that defense and running game.

Minnesota had a terrible offensive line and no receivers last season. Favre will throw some interceptions, but he can also make plays and keep defenses honest in a way that Yates can't. It's a no-brainer if Brett wants to return, but it looks like he doesn't.

I just hope they don't get one of those in-your-face Christians.

He threw 11 touchdowns to 19 interceptions. That stinks by any measure.

Sure, he's not a great quarterback anymore, but he's still a lot better than T.J. Yates.

I hope he comes back just so we can see more of Deanna Favre. I do appreciate Brett's taste in women.

I heard Sunday they already called Favre or there's already talk of calling him... this is not news...

but yeah, I think I'd rather have Delhomme... Brett is pretty damn old. At least Jake has a newer elbow
